In the event of a Broadmoor alert or escape the school's Emergency Plan will be implemented immediately.  All schools within a 7 mile radius of Broadmoor will be notified immediately of an alert/escape and will follow LA internal procedures to manage the situation.  It is possible that this may lead to a 'lockdown' and/or parents being asked to collect children from school in a controlled manner.  Information will be given to parents as soon as possible in the event of such a situation.
